Competition Terms and Conditions

Campaign Name: Win a Wardrobe for a Year – Harlow North Giveaway
Date: 27th November
Entry Mechanic: Spend $250+ in-store on the event night
Prize: Winner receives a Harlow North clothing allowance valued up to $2,400 ($200 per month for 12 months)

Prize Conditions:

• $200 must be spent each month (no rollovers)
• Store credit expires monthly
• Valid on full price items
• Not transferable

Draw:

• Drawn on the night of the 27th of November
• Winner notified by the end of the day on 28^th of November
• Winner must present ID

Additional Notes:

• By entering, customers consent to photos/videos being taken and used on social media, website & marketing
• Staff cannot enter
• Must be 18+

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

1. Eligibility:
• Entry is open to Western Australian residents aged 18+.
• Harlow North staff and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter:
• Customers must spend $250 or more in a single transaction on 27 November in-store at Harlow North.
• One entry per qualifying transaction.
• Receipt must be kept as proof of purchase.
3. Prize Details:
• Total prize value: up to $2,400, issued as $200 credit per month for 12 months.
• Monthly credit must be redeemed within the month issued.
• Credit cannot be rolled over, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• Credit may be used on full-price clothing items only.
4. Winner Selection:
• Winner will be drawn in-store on 27 November.
• Winner will be contacted by phone/email by the end of the day, 28 November.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a redraw will occur.
5. Publicity Consent:
• By entering, participants agree that Harlow North may take and use photos or videos of the winner for promotional purposes, including social media, website, email marketing, and advertising.
6. General Conditions:
• Harlow North reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify fraudulent entries.
• Harlow North reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if necessary.
